If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We understand that sometimes items are purchased and are not what you expect, or are defective, which is why we offer a 30 calendar day return policy. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the original purchase date.  For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, we extend the return window to 60 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging with all user manuals and parts and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return Your Item 

All returns and exchanges require an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. To receive your RMA number, contact us at 912-352-7780 or email [email protected] to get return authorization.  At that time, your customer service rep will provide you with additional information needed.

Items Not Eligible

Items purchased as Clearance or Sale are not eligible for return.  Perishable food items are not eligible for return after 7 days.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you prefer, we can offer to send you a shipping label and schedule the carrier to pick the item up from your address.  However, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is your choice to have us provide a shipping label.  We have great discounts with our shipping providers and it may save you money and time for us to provide you this label.  Otherwise, please feel free to use a shipping company of your own choice.

Refunds 

Once your item has been received by our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of your refund status.  All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The restock fee is $25.00.

If we deem the item is in good order and not damaged in any way we will approve the refund and issue the refund to your credit card (or original payment method).  Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to process depending on the card issuer’s policies.
